The breathing sessions, sitting, standing or lying down, are available in the form of different exercises performed one after the other depending on the expected result and the overall goal of the session

Concerning specific therapeutic work through support to learn to know and manage stress, anxiety, fears, aquaphobia, burnout with underwater meditation and silence, breathwork and numerous therapeutic breaths, contact us for the modalities and the process.

These sessions are done in private, one to one, over a period of several months, to be defined together. But also sometimes workshops for eight people maximum are offered. Ask for the schedule.
